She holds an extensive experience of 12+ years in key HR functions. She is well versed in collaborating with senior management to take up Human Resource strategic planning to meet the organization’s corporate goals.

She has grown along with Sagacious IP over these many years and become a core member of the Sagacious family. During her tenure of 10+ years, she had grown and developed many new verticals and centers of Sagacious. Her astute result-oriented skills helped her create enabled cultures by empowering and engaging employees and leaders-accelerate productivity and retention. She is passionate about working with leadership to develop and optimize talent strategies. She has handled cross-domain hirings including IPR, IT, and other support functions.

She has deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices e.g., talent acquisition & retention mechanisms, strategic planning, operations, policy & process creation and deployment, performance management & appraisal system, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, grievance handling, exit management, project management, rewards & recognition, training & development, and value messaging.
